Instrument Fault: Weak 405nm laser; long-life mercury lamp 4971H no longer emitting light

Fault Diagnosis: Caused by oxidation of wire terminals at the 405nm laser power supply end

Solution: De-oxidation treatment of 405nm laser wire terminals, calibration and optimization of all wavebands, lens cleaning and maintenance, image capture testing, operating normally.
